We have on offer an array of exciting courses which should provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable you start and/or progress further in your career.
The new College is working towards full recognition as one of the premier vocational learning providers in Zambia. Our focus as ZCPIT is anchored upon the provision of training in Insurance, Pensions Administration and Management, Capital and Financial Markets, Fund Management, Risk Management and General Business related Training. In pursuit of the College’s mission of becoming a “Centre of Excellence”, the College has introduced innovative methods of delivering training to complement classroom learning. These methods include interactive e-learning for both short–courses and supported Open Distance Learning (ODL).
The College believes in continuous improvement and appropriate innovation especially as regards New Product Development that is responsive to filling up the Skills Gap currently obtaining in the Pensions and Insurance Industry. We are therefore fully inclined towards introducing new and exciting programmes to enhance our learners’ competence, skills and knowledge. In this regard, the College has recently developed a Professional Competence Course in Pensions Administration and Management in conjunction with the Zambia Association of Pension Funds (ZAPF) and the Pensions and Insurance authority (PIA). This will be a welcome addition to the already popular Competence Courses in General Insurance and Life Assurance where 1,000 plus Insurance Sales Agents have been trained in the last two (2) years. For the Securities Market, we continue to offer the Investment Advisors and Stockbrokers Programme which is fully endorsed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This has equally proved very popular over the years. We are also currently working towards establishing the Bachelor of Science Degree in Insurance and Pensions Degree in conjunction with the well-recognised reknowned and well established Business School of the Copperbelt University within this year 2018!
